The Importance of Resistance
The key to understand resistance is a signal just as fear is. There's nothing wrong with any of the signals that our brain sends out for us to feel something. Too many people are repeating patterns over and over and over language patterns, emotional patterns, behavioral patterns. And you know where it all starts? Right in there, right in between your two ears.
