We all get hurt sometimes, having negative feelings about that person that hurt us. It's not frowned upon actually by other people. We have the right to be resentful but being permanently angry and resentful is not psychologically normal. The bottom line is if you're going to hang on to it, you're in the business of tearing other people down. If you live in resentment, you have forgotten your purpose in life.
