The term endemic is a word that people have used when they want to say, this disease is not a problem for people like me. And those are people i don't really care about. It's an acceptable level cholera for them, exactly. Ik, is just going to be around for them, for that population. In public health, the general approach is like, zero cholera. No cholera is tolerable. But we've kind of been seeing with the way that endemic has been used for covid too,.
