Sandra's Asado

Sandra has experimented with fusing the argentine asado with other culinary traditions. For vegetarian dishes, she likes to grill beets, mazerella, cheese and hard boiled eggs wrapped in swiss charred. Sometimes she chooses cuts of meat that are less expensive, like sirloin roast or chick wings.
