The Importance of Trust in Injury Prevention
I don't think injury prevention is done well at all. I haven't come across one organization even from the MyApollo and we've obviously got some really big names like Manchester United Football Club,. Brighton, the Phillies, the Western Nationals, USC, Tennessee Football, Baltimore, Ravens. Many different teams or AFL teams, I see what they're doing and I still, persons don't think that it's done well. They're not using the data in the right way to prevent injury. And my own philosophy about injury is that the body will always move, no matter what. The body can continue to perform at the highest level, but it's slightly different to how it originally was.
