The Single Spall Running Program

The training mission is really quite simple. What we're looking to in training is to develop, on one hand, really, really strong cardia vascular conditioning. And the second component that we're looking at is to improve muscular resilience. As we do that and we come out of it, we then specifically train for the rigors of the chosen event. If you geti ready for a five kts, iitle bit more speed focus. If you're get ing ready for an ultra marithan, its less endurance focused. But if all we have to achieve this is the single spall running, we're going to quickly find ourselves pretty limited.
