The Importance of Spiritual Formation
Kyle: "I was the youth pastor I was in charge of first impressions and tech support for everyone" He says his kids Sarah's job was we cut you off because we were laughing too hard like it was interim minister of congregational life or something like that. Kyle is loosely related to spiritual formation, which he describes as an updated title to what used to be Christian education. The church has a Sunday school desk at the search late where teachers show up when they're looking for new pastors.
