The History of Sarcoidosis

There is some thought that sarcoid can be driven by exposure. So beryllium, I had a patient recently with cubic zirconium exposure through work. And but also there's a thought that it can be triggered by recognizing commensal organisms. The two main ones that are thought to be driving this and debated in the sarcoid world are provenobacterium acne or mycobacterium species.
