Queensland Property Market Survey - Are You Thinking of Selling?
19% or further 19% of investors indicated that they were considering selling. The number one reason was the Queensland new land tax. Number two on 29.6% was that changing tenancy legislation again, which came up as number three with the sale of the investors who had already sold in the last two years. And number four was the threat of rental freezes, which obviously has been in the media a bit lately.
