"I actually find myself quite awkward in person these days, and it's not something how most people would have described me like four or five years ago," Jason says. "It's definitely something I'm still getting used to, and haven't really found the right way of doing just yet" He finds that meetings with groups of people are fine; one-on-one type stuff is a little bit harder. But he also struggles with technology being a distraction when you're talking about personal things.
