How to Deal With Loneliness
Loneliness can be likened to an experience of depression or low mood. And what's interesting about that feeling state is it brings with it an action urge. So when we feel sad, the action urge often is to withdraw. When we feel anxious, often the action urge is to withdraw also. But when we feel happiness, theaction urge is often to be active. Okay. Now really saying this is understandable that you're feeling lonely because the loneliness signals something and the loneliness is signaling that there is a gap between where you are and where you want to be really. Yeah.
