The Fed's Reaction Function to Realized Inflation
The Fed might actually have returned back to a reaction function that's just more closely tied to realized inflation than previously thought. We expect another 25 basis point rate hike in July while a hike in November might be a close call over the next few weeks and months. And then the data next week will be focused on housing, the flash PMIs and jobless claims.
