Most of the investors that send deals my way they are already committing themselves. And so it's always a little bit easier to cut through the noise if it's coming in through a warm referral. I think that in my entire history as an investor, probably only done maybe two deals through cold outreach. So like, I have done deals where a bigger fund is passing, but they think it might be interesting to me.
