Tommy Bassett: We've traditionally tried to be everything to our community. And I think what the pandemic has done to us and the environment has really forced us to take into account is whether or not we can continue to sustain that model. So, you know, recent partnership with Optum, where we've outsourced things like information technology, analytics, as well as ref cycle, all things that we did and did rather well,. but we just weren't going to ever get that edge in a rapidly evolving space.
