South Korea's Indo-Pacific Strategy
South Korea's new government is as well aligned with the U.S. and its allies as we've seen in a long time, says David Rothkopf. The South Koreans put out an Indo-Pacific strategy themselves at the end of the year; they used to call it global Korea. "They tried to show that their policy is really anchored in international norms ... universal values," he adds.
