China's CCTV Report on CatVision Partners

China State Television aired a primetime news report focused on CatVision partners. Cavicious, which arranges informational interviews with subject experts for clients was accused of degenerating into an accomplice of overseas intelligence agencies. Some are seeing this part of the lead up to the introduction of the updated entire Espionage Law. It borders the definition of spying and it is said to come into effect in July.
