How to Be a Successful FANG Engineer

The FANG companies will have rigorous technical interviews that quiz you on the leak code stuff. Do I need to grind leak code if I'm going to start up sort of mid-sized companies? No. What are you doing instead? That's all project-based. It's because they're looking for people who can onboard almost immediately and get stuff done. Only time I've done a leak code was with Google and Amazon.
