Introduction

In Episode 94 The ADHD Adults discuss the weird-sounding but actually really important issue of 'metacognition' or 'thinking about how we think' in ADHD.  As usual,  Alex the Psycho.......education Monkey provides phenomenally boring 'evidence' on the topic, all three ADHD adults give their personal reflections on the theme (although Mrs ADHD starts the episode not knowing what it is it soon becomes apparent) and provide  'top tips' on the topic.  'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" returns with Alex tied 7-6 down for the year so far, and Alex reads out the usual 'definitely real' correspondence.  Alex writes terrible meta-jokes,  Mrs ADHD isn’t very perky and James suspects his personal reflections were written by someone else...
