How to Grow a Deep Tech Team?
I look for people who are interested not just in the technology, but in the impact that they might be able to make. To me, it translates to a lot of curiosity. It's about growth opportunities, challenging them and putting them in areas where they aren't comfortable. I think is about being clear about the boundaries. And this is going down to culture, which is normally overlooked by engineers. So what is that the team as an extension of the of the bigger company values at work and feel comfortable working with? For me, saying no, clear for the team is as important or even more than saying yes.
