I think generally I still believe humans have to really like understand the intent and the intuition. They might have very little ease of capacity for intent and intuition, but there is that sort of cognitive ability to kind of go make that decision. So yeah, my general thumb is like, if you make their lives better and you give them both intention and intuition, then generally you're okay. We get social media doesn't give you the same natural controls. And so therefore it's more of a controlled environment. But generally in a lot of stuff we work in, you're in these sort of open ecosystem. It's less of a, you know, are we forcing the truth of Twitter? Because

A lot of the work that goes into data engineering is trying to make sense of the "data exhaust" from other applications and services. There is an undeniable amount of value and utility in that information, but it also introduces significant cost and time requirements. In this episode Nick King discusses how you can be intentional about data creation in your applications and services to reduce the friction and errors involved in building data products and ML applications.
