The Problem With Data Base Is Transient.
The information changes constantly, but it is available. You can find to these data basis from various sources that gather them. And you couldn't imagine that being hard coated or distributed from the same way that the boot strapping is done. But i would hope that a mechanism can be found with sufficient eyes that it can indeed be just chipped as part of becon cord distribution. and at least you have a default.
