When you talk about moral relativism, what you're saying is that morality is relative to the beliefs of some community or something like that. In other words, it's not out there in the world to be discovered. There'll be a difference between human constructivists who think that different people might ultimately construct different, perfectly plausible versions of morality because they're individual inclinations and their passions are different.
