This year's Pride Month is at an end and it is clear that the activists have lost significant momentum. War in the Middle East and riots in Los Anglos helped to wound a cultural movement which was already struggling from overexposure and a string of conservative victories. Does this mean the end of the Pride movement, or will gay rights simply return to a raunchier and more honest advocacy for the lifestyle?
