The Importance of Speed in a CMS
It's, it's, I don't know how many sites where we're downloading multi megabyte images that are being resized in the browser. And there was just no reason to do that download advertising and that those little bits of JavaScript are a big one as well. Speed also, it trumps some of these other things. If you're trying to get something done, you might be able to do it. But if it takes you 10 or 20 times as long as it should, because you're waiting for screen after screen to load, you're going to get frustrated and go somewhere else.
