Is There a Specific Cause of Back Pain?
A lot of back pain in the out patients setting is that non specific back pain that you don't have a ic diagnosis. I like to group these into muscular skelital causes, narrow causes and retro peritoneal causes. Some clues to think about would be a younger age, less than forty five, several months of associated pain with conditions such as dactylitis or anthesitis arthritis.
