I think there are a lot of market mechanisms that we can begin to use to align the incentives better. I would never wish upon another country our fragmented system. The polling around Medicare for all, there is just overwhelming support for it. Unless you start to mention what some of the trade-offs are and then the support plummets. It's one of those issues that is so sensitive to the wording of the question. We don't simply have enough time in the podcast to do it every so often.
