Bringing New Mind Sets Into the Organization

I'm so glad you talked about the importance of bringing new mind sets into the organization and product management being more than just a skill set. From a lot of our experience, embedding mind sets can be incredibly difficult,. especially fhenbe or change o introduce a new mind set. What sort of strategies have worked for you in helping to introduce mind sets? Think i think it's two things. Just trying to get people to be open to change and then really being ampathetic so that you can build the trust.
