The Growth of the Legal Operations Team
There's more roles, more people that want to talk about this stuff. And clearly there's growth here. I'm really putting time aside and headcount aside to drive this because legal has to be at the speed of business. So if we can't keep at the same pace or integrated into their processes, legal will always be the no department and we don't want that. We're seeing roles sculpt correctly. Do people understand what the impact of the role can be? It's still really movable and intangible. You know, elephant is quite difficult to describe until you see it. Yeah, that's it.
