Keer: I learned the hard way that it's not an either all. People want to hire and work with people they know i can trust. It's those things, in my experience, that get you through the but then it's the quality of work that keeps you there. And certainly ther're a way more good old boys that have great relationships with everybody in the room. Then there are rainman p h ds with the social skills of a leper. So if you be water, be that. But i think the best guys have of both, and you have to work on both.
