Ik just generally think it's a very good product. I look at it once a day when i wake up. And that determines how well i've sleeped. How many times i've woken up in the number of hours will determine the intensity of my exercise in the morning. The best thing is telling somebody, having an accountability partner. It doesn't apply to everybody, but some people can really benefit.
