The longer you intend to hold that loan for, I think we'll offer term loans of multiple years at this point. The investment itself is going to pay out over some long period of term. This can be a very effective tool because time frames are matched here. It's so tremendous over like the three to five to six, 10 year time frame that it's a much more reliable bet than necessarily at this point next year.
