i asked students how happy they were with their electoral system. Show of hands, scale of one to ten. Ten meant happy. One meant disillusion. And i got them to agree that six should be the threshold. Anything less than that ad they should consider calling their own constitutional convention and rewriting rules. I'll let you know.
