Is There a Process?
Until you've got someone dedicated to do dat analytics, it's going to be ad hock. So if you have no people to do the work, then you typically have no process in order to execute the work. When you 're in a very early stage, it is more reactive, right? It is you have a need. You have to respond to that need. But i guess i could see going back to the questiona before, you could still somewhat have an adhock process. They haven't lik, set it down, unto pape, put pen to paper and outline it,. Or they just do things as it comes up or as questions come to em.
