You Know, You Can't Stay Home When You Are Sick

I think on this show and at Fast Company in general, we tend to talk about what we call knowledge workers or white collar workers. But then it's also as you point out, you know, it's not just a mother issue or people with children issue. And I was a friend of mine who has two kids that just went through like that neuro virus and then the flu and like all of the different illnesses. Having those five paid sick days, what would she do without even those?
