The French will have relatively a better demographic structure a younger population then for example Italy that has to act now. probably still grow for a number of years I saw predictions that by 2050 there will be more French than Germans so they also are able to project themselves a little bit differently in the future. Germany for example they have been saving with respect to the rest of the world for the last for years and building up asset positions versus younger populations including France because it's a relative calculus.
