In most of the research that i have done, we found that writing is it does not have adverse so the primary issue is, if you feel that writing, my help might be helpful, go ahead and try it. If after a couple of times you've written usi is it terrible? I feel worse every time. Try something else. Go jogging. Go talk to somebody. So it's not a panacea, but again, the research indicates that it helps millions of people in lots of interesting ways.
