I've had a similar experience with my mum as a teacher, and you know, following my journey. You go from being more like an apprentice to becoming your own peer. Ros Hudson has been a legend to me - her son now works at the school she set up in 1999. In her family there were all teachers so it feels inevitable that gravity might grow them to it. I think there's something really powerful about that.
