The Legality of Asking for Financials
Is it legal to ask for the financials so that you can look at it and see how profitable that? So you would have no problems asking about the financials. What if they say no? Would that be a red flag? Catherine: I don't see an issue with asking, but I do see an issue of asking for proprietary trade secret information.
