Is There a De Jure Censorship of the Government?

There wasn't anything that surprised me in the whole Twitter files. The idea that the government was interacting with Twitter over COVID over election interference, everybody knew that was happening like this. It convinced or cajole private entities to act rather than using their actual regulatory authority to force action. I would love to see some sort of legislation that made it more likely or at least a change in practice on the part of some of these companies to report more regularly on just what's happening.
