The Power of SRE in the Development Lifecycle
It's interesting you talk about wanting to get the SRE voice at the beginning of the development lifecycle. It feels like it's part of a lot of disciplines trying to shift left, right? Like security, privacy, and SRE too. Do you think that there is a sort of stereotypical hit fall that happens when you don't have SRE voices in the development cycle? Oh, yes, absolutely. I think the development teams, they will learn it the hard way easily than that will inevitably happen. But actually, interestingly, that will only inevitably happen if the product is showing signs of success.
