We've Lost the Ability to Build New Nuclear Reactors

The biggest story, I think, is that we lost the ability to do large infrastructure projects well. For decades, we've had absolutely elite talent at both company building and management. It's just it's not clear there's an alternative that delivers what nuclear does. The very fact that it's hard or difficult to imagine coming back to nuclear construction makes it all the more attractive to me.
