The Importance of Fish Sounds in Aquatic Systems

Fish sounds are a two thousand year old field of natural history and science, but it's always been seen as sort of like anesoteric odd ball. If you're happen to be in some place like hawaii or the western pacific, there's a number of different damsel fish species that are making sounds without the use of additional technology.
