The way that people employ two extremely powerful tools, space repetition and note taking is so boring. And also the way that people talk about Rome and obsidian and like evergreen nodes and second brain systems, it's disgusting. It's the most boring stuff. I tweeted a thread about this the other day. If something was worth knowing, there are effective ways to get it into your brain. No amount of backlinks will ever be good enough to replace your memory or brains natural ability to associate with what's already inside your skull.
