The Importance of Taking Over From an Existing CTO
There's actually a whole chapter on that, which is taking over from an existing CTO in order to be able to gather up all that knowledge. And again, it's about celebrating the fact that they built something, they got there. I mean, there's no point in berating any effort whatsoever. It can be the worst decision whatsoever, doesn't matter. They've got to where they've got to celebrate that. Move on from there on in.
