i'm trying to kind of let's keep things honest and on the table here it's not that i can go into into one of these interactions sometimes and totally divest myself of any self-interest i i do but to do it best there are some ways. Most of the people with whom i'm doing meaningful transactions today i've known for at least three to five years uh many of them 10 to 15 years we're so impatient that i think we sabotage our opportunities for meaningful communication which needs leads to connection, trust leading to clarity you know and ultimately perhaps some kind of transaction.
