What Makes a Good Fossil Hunter?

You want somebody who has sort of a cognitive flexibility to be able to find things. You're looking for shape, some's different texture, something that might glint and light in a different way. Some people can just keep mentally in the game and other people just turn off. And those can be some of the best fossil hunters. Sometimes I have to take a leap of faith with people.
