The List of Dependent Origination in the Six Thousand Sutras
In the eleventh suta and sutani pata, book four, the list is quarrels and disputes arise dependent upon what's endearing. Pleasant and unpleasant arises dependent on contact. So this appears to be the earliest version of it. And you notice the birth and becoming weren't in there,. The six senses weren't there, and consciousness sunkaras and ignorance weren't there. Yet. It's a strip down list that seems easier to understand, yes, and it actually makes sense.
