The Role of the UN in the OCHI System in Ukraine

I pay careful attention to what's going on when we go within 50 kilometers of the front line. It goes through the system that was put in place and we wait for an official response. And that goes to somewhere in Moscow, then they judge it whether it's what they are not. So that dialogue is there. I'm hopeful that with that dialogue, eventually we will be able to read to come and understanding.
