When I was in law school, I discovered negotiation. My motto is that the best things in life are on the other side of difficult conversations. For me, as a recovering people pleaser, recognizing that the ability to handle yourself in a difficult conversation is a skill, not a talent. So for me, if I can help people make these difficult conversations a little bit easier, we're putting them in a position for them to live their best life.
