How to Write a Story in Black and White

I'm going after Porto, Portugal as well decriminalised all drugs since the year 2000. They're like a leading example around the world of the positive impacts on society when you treat drug use as a health issue and not a criminal one so I'll be smoking a small bit of baldy over in Portugal. The people just assume they don't have the intelligence to understand that that must be great. Some artists can do it really really well but you can also do it with the trick people. You can make your work seem so serious and so sad and so impenetrable. This is what annoys me about comedy or laughter or humor. And seen as devaluing art because humor
